King's Tiles
King's Tiles is a recreation of the game you might know as "Light's Out." You are presented with a 5x5 grid of lights, and you must turn all of them off in order to beat the level. However, pressing each button toggles not only itself, but four others in an "+" grid of tiles adjacent to it. Simple to understand, difficult to master!
King's Tiles has the following features:
- 50 Levels
- Theme chooser
- Level creator
- Copy & paste level sharing functionality
This game was created for the 2025 Discmaster Jam, and 100% of its assets have been taken from the Discmaster Archive. If you'd like to see which specific assets come from where, you can view them all in the "credits.txt" file included in this listing.
Note: Due to time constraints, I have not been able to test and optimize the game for mobile devices. I would like to revisit this project in the future and make sure everything is smooth on touch screens, but I have not had time to just yet.

I'm really looking forward to giving King's Tiles a try — the idea of a lights-out puzzle with an added layer of complexity sounds like fun!
You look like the type of person who'd enjoy this jam: WOW JAM
They have a very interesting platform and are even offering prizes xD
Thanks for the comment! However, I've noticed you've made similar comments on a huge number of other games just now, all promoting the WowCube Jam. Are you involved with the development or hosting of the WowCube Jam? It looks interesting but I'm put off by the spamminess of the promotion of it.
I've made a couple of games for the wowcube and I just really like the platform :)
Reminded me of playing one of those games on the in-flight entertainment (in a very good way)! The buttons were very satisfying to press.
Thank you! I chose the sounds with that in mind. I wanted it to feel like one of those fidget toy things since you'd be pressing them a lot, so I'm glad it hit :)
